Unified Development Ordinance, Chapter 151

The Unified Development Ordinance, Chapter 151 was revised on April 10th, 2024.

The new UDO was formally approved and adopted by the Camden County Board of Commissioners on February 4, 2019 and subsequently amended.

NEW:  An Administrative Manual, explaining the development process and including all applications, was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 4, 2019.  This manual is Currently Under Revision and will be available for download in the future.
