Join us for our 2nd annual Camden County Public Library to celebrate literacy! You will be able to meet all your local literacy agencies and bring home a free book!
We will also be offering:
***Storytimes and read-alouds
***Meet and greets with local children's authors
***Arts and crafts
***Movement activities
***Library Card Assistance for Pasquotank and Camden County residents
***Lemonade from The Neon Lemon (for a fee)
This event will take place inside the library’s Community space.
This event is free, open to the public, and intended for families and children of all ages. It is a collaborative effort between The Villages of Northeast North Carolina, Camden County Public Library, and Pasquotank County Library.

19th Annual Paddle for the Border
19th Annual Paddle for the Border 2024!
In early spring hundreds of paddlers launch their vessels into the Dismal Swamp Canal’s dark, mirrored waters. This historic waterway serves as the backdrop for Paddle for the Border, an annual 7.5-mile paddling excursion to the North Carolina/Virginia border.
