Camden County Surplus

Camden County has selected GovDeals, an online auction service for City, County and State governments and agencies, to conduct online sales of our surplus property and equipment.

Camden County joins over 2,220 governments nationwide, including 277 other North Carolina governments that have adopted GovDeals' online auction solution. Since 2003, GovDeals has assisted North Carolina governmental agencies state-wide in the sale of $22,414,329 worth of surplus.

GovDeals is endorsed by the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners and the North Carolina League of Municipalities as a strategic partner offering online auction services to members.

Camden County Board of Commissioners voted to participate in GovDeals at their meeting October 6, 2008.
