Planning and Building Departments

This position is responsible for the operation and monitoring of the gymnasium during scheduled practice hours (including Saturdays from (8:30am to 6:30pm & Sundays 1:30pm to 6:30pm) and participates in the set up and clean-up of the site.  This position is also responsible for operating the scoreboard and maintaining records of scheduled games. Assists in the set up and cleanup of the game site.  Person will be expected to open & close facility, observe, enforce and comply with all rules and regulations of the facility. They will handle disciplinary issues in accordance with departmental disciplinary policy for participants. Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older. Background in athletics is desired but not required and some previous supervisory experience is preferred. Valid NCDL required upon hire. Criminal History, Driving Record and Drug Screening required prior to hire. (County will pay for these) $8 an hour. Must fill out a Camden County Employment Application.
