  • 06:30pm - 08:30pm  Pictures with Santa at South Mills Fire Dept

    Pictures with Santa at South Mills Fire Department

    Santa will be stopping by Station 14 to take pictures. We will be doing drive thru pictures. We will have you stay in your car and follow the cones into our drive thru bay. When it is your turn you can pull in to get out to see Santa and take pictures so bring your camera. There is no charge for this event. Donations are welcome.

  • 10:00am  Library Baby Storytime

    Baby Storytime

    This storytime is for ages birth to 2 years-old (Must be accompanied by a parent)

    • Free and open to the public. No registration is required. 

    Join us for Baby Storytime every Tuesday at 10:00 AM.

    We will be reading stories, sharing early literacy tips, and singing songs!

    There will be time for free play with the library's collection of baby toys at the end of each session.

  • 11:00am - 04:15pm  Board of Elections

     

    The Board of Elections meets @ 11:00 AM on the First Monday of every month in the Elections Office - 117 North Hwy 343, Camden NC.

    Date changes will be made if meeting falls on a state holiday.

     

  • 04:15pm - 05:30pm  Holiday 4-H Youth Explore

    Shake off the chill and enjoy a fun filled night exploring a winter STEM activity!
     
    For ages: 5-15
    Cost: Free

  • 05:00pm  DSS Board Meeting

    Camden County DSS Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month, with exceptions as noted below. 

    Exceptions:  DSS Board does not meet on Tuesdays that fall on State Holidays.  In such cases, a separate listing will be created with the new date.

    Toddler Storytime

    This storytime is for ages 2 to 4 years-old (Must be accompanied by a parent)

    • Free and open to the public. No registration is required.
    Join us for Toddler Storytime every Wednesday at 10:30 AM.
    We will be reading stories, sharing early literacy tips, singing songs and playing games!
    A small craft will be offered at the end of each storytime session.
     

  • 03:30pm - 05:30pm  Library Christmas Upcycled Crayon Workshop

    Upcycled Christmas Crayon Workshop!

    Join us to create a unique Christmas gift by upcycling broken crayons into fun holiday shapes! The library will have all of the necessary supplies for each child to make a set of crayons.

    Ages 5 and up. This program is free and open to the public.

  • 11:30am - 06:00pm  Library Closing at 11:30AM

    The library will be closing at 11:30am on Friday, December 15th for the Camden County Staff Luncheon. The library will re-open on Saturday, December 16th at normal business hours. Thank you for your understanding.
