Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Skilled in computer operations which includes Quick Books.
Knowledge of payroll and invoice payments.
Knowledge of inventory control, both physical and computer.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Retail Experience.
Ability to fill a clerk’s position immediately.
Available to work night and weekend hours.
Must comply and adhere to all North Carolina ABC laws, rules, and regulations with proper training for all local board members and staff.
Staff scheduling for both stores.
Ability to order products for both stores and schedule staff as needed for shipment deliveries.
Hire, discipline, and terminate employees with proper documentation.
Provide training for all cash register operations.
Employer courtesy and product knowledge.
Phone accessibility when not at the store.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Education and Experience
Minimum High School diploma required or retail management position experience or BS degree in Business.
Ability to pass a criminal background check – No Felonies.
Special Requirements
Valid Driver’s License.
