  • 02:00pm  Albemarle District Jail - Public Hearing

    The Albemarle District Jail Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed Albemarle District Jail budget for FY 2022-2023 (see below) at the Albemarle District Jail Commission meeting beginning at 2:00 PM on June 16, 2022 in the Community Room in the Public Safety Building, 200 E. Colonial Avenue, Elizabeth City, NC.  Any citizen of the three counties may attend the hearing and provide written or oral comments regarding the budget.

    Copies of the proposed budget are available for public inspection in the Pasquotank County Manager’s Office, 206 E. Main Street, Elizabeth City, NC; Perquimans County Manager’s Office, 128 N. Church Street, Hertford, NC; and the Camden County Manager’s Office, 330 US-158, Camden, NC.

    Oceans of Possibilities - Camden Public Library Summer Reading Program 2022

    Join us for a summer full in the new library, located across the street from the Historic Camden Courthouse!

    All programs are appropriate for elementary school-aged children, but families are encouraged to attend!
