- Show location of where building will be placed
- Show measurements of building as well as distance from property lines and other structures.
- Show location of septic system and drain lines
- Building Plans
- If building is a Pre-Fabricated structure, engineered plans are required for approval. (Engineer Stamp must be on every page)
- Fill Permit Form (if applicable)
- Trade Affidavit Form - Required for all Sub-Contractors listed on Permit Application.
- Elevation Certificate (if applicable)
- CAMA Permit (Waterfront property only)
