Camden County Vacancy Announcement

Position Description:  Night Shift Deputy Sheriff.

Pay Grade and Salary:  Salary Range:  $31,051.88 to $35,945.50.

Position Type:  Full Time.

Position Effective Open Date:  Monday, May 1, 2017

Type of Application Required:  Must Apply In Person at the Camden County Sheriff's Office. 

Additional Information:  Must be 21 years of age, high school graduate or obtained a GED equivalent, must be able to pass a thorough background criminal investigation, must be able to be certified by the North Carolina Sheriff's Education and Training Standards Commission;  Basic Law Enforcement Training Certification preferred but not required.  Applicants must visit the Camden County Sheriff's Office to obtain and submit application and copy of current driver's license.
