Read the instructions on the page (permit requirements, supplemental documents required, etc)
Click the application link
Application link will take applicant to a fillable-pdf to apply for permit.
Fill in form, select any appropriate selections (items with red borders are required)
Any items with red borders that are N/A, either select or type N/A or enter a 0 if it is a numeric field
If applicable, download and fill out Fill Permit, then scan form to digital format or take picture of both sides with smartphone
Email form pdf or pictures with your application
Print your application, sign and date it, then scan it to a pdf using your copier if you have that ability, or take pictures of it front and back with a smartphone
