NC Cooperative Extension is holding a series of home canning classes from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at the Currituck County Center of NC Cooperative Extension. Each class requires a $15.00 class fee. Each class offers a hands-on experience. Check out the dates and descriptions below.

  • Fermentation - March 23rd
  • Jams and Jellies - May 11th
  • Pressure Canning - June 15th
  • Salsa - July 13th
  • Fruit Butters - August 10th
