Pursuant to NCGS 159-12 (b), the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday June 8th, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the Historic Courthouse located at 117 NC Hwy 343 N. Camden, NC, for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Budget which has been submitted to the Board of Commissioners. A copy of the FY 15-16 Budget is kept on file for public inspection in the clerk’s office.

The Camden County Tax Office hereby gives notice that all persons who own property subject to taxation must list such property within the period set forth and any persons who fail to do so will be subject to penalties prescribed by law.
The County has established a Stormwater Fee. This fee is being assessed on all properties in the County. This is a fee, and not a tax (although it is billed on the tax bills for collection purposes). For details regarding what this fee is, and how it will be used, click here.
