Chairman James Burnham called to order a special workshop meeting of the Camden County Planning Board with the following members present:

Chairman James Burnham
Vice-Chairman Rodney Needham
Members Calvin Leary, Michael Etheridge, Robert Woodrow and Ray Albertson, and Terri Griffin

Also present were David Parks, Permit Officer, Dan Porter, Planning Director, and Lori Tuss, Clerk to the Board

Board members absent: none

Consideration of the Agenda:

Calvin Leary made a motion to approve the agenda. Terri Griffin seconded the motion. The motion passed 7-0; none apposed; none not voting.

New Business

Item # 1

The staff presented Conditional Zoning, Conditional Use Zoning, and Standards of Development. The Board will meet at a later date to discuss these topics in further detail.

Item #2

The staff recommends eliminating Private Access Subdivisions. Bob Woodrow made a motion to accept the recommendation of the staff. Terri Griffin seconded the motion. The motion passed 7-0; none opposed; none not voting.

Item #3

The staff recommends that the board approve the changes made to the Table of Permissible uses. Calvin Leary made a motion to accept the board’s recommendation and approve the changes made to the Table of Permissible Uses. Michael Etheridge seconded the motion. The motion passed 7-0; none opposed; none not voting.

Consideration Date of the Next Meeting-

The regular meeting of the Camden County Planning Board is scheduled for February 15, 2006 at the Courthouse in Camden County.

Adjournment

There being no further business, Chairman James Burn ham recommends the board adjourn at 8:53 PM. Calvin Lear made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Michael Etherize seconded the motion. The motion passed 7-0; none opposed; none not voting.
